    Jordan is a listing Agent in my attempt to buy a property and at closing found out seller couldn't complete the sale because the seller only had a copy of a birth certificate COPY, no real ID whatsoever, it's holding up the sale while seller gets an ID. Cost me 1800.00 for living expenses because Agent never checked identification of seller before listing. So still waiting for seller. 12/20/2025
